The Ultimate Path to Forgiveness - Katharine Giovanni
Chapter 1
Giving up My Story
Forgive others, not because they deserve forgiveness but because you deserve peace.
Jonathan Lockwood Huie
I
have a confession. It took me a long time to forgive the people in my past. It wasn’t because I couldn’t. Quite frankly, it was because I simply didn’t want to.

Until I couldn’t.
It wasn’t until I hit my late thirties that I finally began to understand my anger was holding me back and the resentments were making me sick.
Literally.
I had stomach issues, got colds and the flu easily, and often felt poorly. Money was an issue all the time, and my stress level was
