Zen prayer makes you whole through self-reflection. It can ignite the flame of your heart. Prayer releases you from your habitual self-centered tendencies. It can open the gates to your miraculous and wondrous existence.

The five main prayer categories are prayers for being Buddha, cultivating virtue, accepting reality, addressing difficulties, and bringing benefit to the world. The prayers awaken goodness, healing, mystery, and blessings.
