To put it simply, clean eating means committing to a way of life that involves feeding your body only the healthiest, freshest nutrients in their purest form. The easiest diet to follow is clean eating. To eat clean, all you need to do is make the time to prepare and eat things that you intentionally pick. It is that easy, honestly.

    The foundation of clean eating is the idea that your body truly does reflect what you put into it. Cleaning up your diet will help you achieve a lovely equilibrium.
