Hello, I'm Connor Whiteley, I am an 18-year-old who loves to write creatively, and I wrote my Brownsea trilogy when I was 14 years old after I went to Brownsea Island on a scout camp. FARMING RESTRICTIONS

Farming Director Adam Grant leant against the wonderfully warm balcony made from soft, sweet marble that was freshly shipped in from some random colony that he didn’t care about. The soft refreshing, slightly warm breath brushed his cheeks and he was so looking forward to today.

His balcony was attached to an immense circular spaceship painted black that hovered just off the hard, cracked ground of Ceres 14. A beautifully lush planet most of the time but right now, that statement was in question.

For as far as Adam could see the ground was yellow, hard and cracked and it made no sense at all considering it rained twice a week on this planet, just as the glorious Rex had designed it. The latest data suggested the dryness of the planet was spreading a little too quickly for Adam’s liking and sooner or later it would be impossible to grow crops on.

It was also strange and a little confusing that the large mountains and rolling hills of the planet that had been filled with olive trees, vegetables and more
