About this ebook

"Levels of the Call" is the second book in the "Spiritual Empowerment" four book series. It brings a continuation that was started in the first book, "Starting with the Basics", of the overview of the church functions by giving you insight on the roles and responsibilities of the leadership of the church. Although depending on your denomination they may not function exactly the same, this book will give you a Biblical explanation on them and different functions depending on how the church is set up.

It doesn't matter if you are a new babe in Christ, a pastor, leader, or long-time saint, you will be able to gain some knowledge out of these pages. You will be able to use the information in your new members' classes or other teaching settings for your congregations or just for your own personal knowledge.

Inside this book you will be given an overview on deacons/deaconesses, ministers and teachers, evangelist, elders, prophets, associate pastors, pastors, bishops and apostles. You will be able to answer the questions of what they are, what their responsibilities are, and what is their function.

    Introduction

Levels of the Call, just like Starting with the Basics, was originally started while I was still living in North Carolina and was the Elder over Education and Pastoral Care and teaching the Association Program for the North Carolina School of Theology out of our church satellite location. I was in school obtaining my Master of Divinity. My pastor called me into his office on day and said God gave him a vision of starting a Biblical and Theological School as part of the outreach of the ministry. He wanted me to come up with the courses to start basic introduction classes into the ministry.

Throughout the four book series entitled Spiritual Empowerment, you will see some of those manuals that I created. Throughout the four- book series entitled Spiritual Empowerment, you will see some of those manuals that I created. We never finished the project of the first set of classes or the school before he passed away in 2021, even though we had picked back up some conversations about it in 2020.
