   My story I am a single parent, managing the complexities of ADHD which often triggers anger outbursts, depression, and anxiety. Despite these challenges, I commit every day to improving not just for my own sake, but also for my son's. On my journey to discover what truly brings me joy and self-satisfaction, I face many hurdles. However, I remain determined to push forward, striving to improve a little each day. I aim to be a strong role model for my son, teaching him to tackle life's challenges with courage. Every step I take is a lesson in managing difficult emotions and finding happiness in the small moments. Gradually, I am building a happier, more serene life for both of us.
