Warning! Discussing your past with others can be considered a grave mistake because we should focus on the present. Unfortunately, there are individuals, often referred to as ‘shadow hunters,’ who engage in spreading rumours simply because they lack meaningful activities. It is crucial to keep such personal matters exclusively for your beloved ones and safeguard them from public exposure. In my case, I’ve decided to expose myself. This approach enables me to differentiate between reality and illusion because I know who I am.

Those who are truly living or striving for a more fulfilling existence will perceive me based on the present moment rather than fixating on my past. Based on this approach I will stand naked in my soul and do a public spectacle in the face of all of those who lack understanding and are in unbelief. This will help me to filter people who want to be part of my life. This approach is to make us empathetic and likeable.

Shadows allow us to be more assertive in play with our previously hidden thoughts. Especially creative work and feelings can be channelled into hobbies or business ideas. We have more chances to become successful when we embrace our shadows and thoughts. We are getting easily bored with everything we already have, including our relationships. That is why people can not stop coveting. The tip is to learn to use this energy in our favour. Find out what you want, and identify what is good about it.

Being in a deeper relationship with your thoughts will give you the focus and power to change. When we suppress our shadows and fantasies and are dishonest about them, we can become boring and predictable and other people’s attention will soon move forward to someone else. Expose yourself, the rest will come, this is a very simple idea! Everyone is just like children fighting for a toy. People will want it if they believe other people want it too.

Don’t tell me bad actions, never cross your mind, have you been repressing your shadows? This is the side of us we hide even from ourselves because we don’t want to admit to having them. Our worst insecurities, our most terrible secrets and desires and selfish tendencies, and most of us hide them. The more we deny our shadow, the stronger it becomes. This happens culturally too. The more prohibitive a culture is, the more attracted people will feel to the shadows. And because of this, we are perceived as fake and inauthentic.

Based on personal experience, we are naturally drawn to individuals who embrace their shadows and show vulnerability because we can all relate to imperfection. In reality, there is only totality and authenticity at the core of our beings.

Relationships that are built on illusions, whether by people or governments, often strip us of our free will. They manipulate and distort love through false emotions, fear, lies, intimidation, and control. However, complying with these distortions is not an expression of reality but a survival mechanism distorted by fear. These manipulations tarnish the essence of love, leaving us disconnected from its true power.

Instead, let us celebrate the depth of our emotions and the challenges we face. By overcoming our fears and embracing our emotions, we transcend the limitations imposed by this dimension. We rise above the constraints, realising that engaging in drama within a fabricated world is ultimately a matter of choice.

Trying to comprehend everything and seeking spirituality within a constrained framework is akin to attempting to calculate cause and effect, ultimately escaping from the nonsensical. When we direct our focus outward, we relinquish our spiritual authority, as the world’s system is governed by duality. When we encounter pain, our instinct is often to inquire, What caused this? Where did it originate? We strive to fit it into equations, attempting to decipher it all, yet most of the issues we endeavour to unravel are, in essence, non-existent.

Many individuals lead their lives ensnared within this dimension, endlessly pursuing solutions to the insoluble, chasing the elusive spectres of doubt. Instead, let us turn our gaze inward, delving into the depths of our souls, where wisdom, truth, and the key to liberation await. Acknowledge that the world operates within the confines of duality, but within our hearts, we have the capacity to forge a distinct path. Lay claim to your spiritual authority, break free from the chains, and transcend the illusions of this limited reality. Why is everyone Frozen ? This book will help you understand this!

Even though I wasn’t with you physically, you were there with me in times when I was in bigger distress, giving me cuddles and hugging me in my trances that were so real. If God had not allowed this to happen, I don’t know if I would have been able to survive; I would probably be dead by now.

He supported me in ways that ordinary people couldn’t even begin to imagine or comprehend. He gave me visions, dreams, and supportive experiences that saved me from myself. In moments when I no longer had the strength to keep going, He lifted me up and helped me to let go of my limiting beliefs and negative thoughts.

There were days when I felt like giving up, and I felt like I had been knocked down. But He was always there to help me climb the mountains and face my challenges day by day. His unwavering support gave me invincible courage, which developed a strong sense of confidence in me. I stopped relying on wishful thinking and put my backbone where it ought to be.

Also I would like to dedicate this book to my best friend, my grandmother Maria, who passed away while I was writing this book. We talked so often, and she was a woman of great virtue, patience, listening, and time. I hope to carry on her legacy and have it engraved in me. I wrote this on the day of her funeral.

Here is what my best friends said about me:

When I first met Peter, he was working as a chef at a restaurant in Mackay. My family and I were new to the area, and we were curious to talk to him because of his European background. My first impression of him was that he was a humble guy, but we didn’t continue our relationship at that time. A few years later, we met again at a friend’s place. It was then that I realised Peter was going through some issues in his life. He seemed vulnerable, and I didn’t fully appreciate him at that time because my personality was still mostly ego-driven. I was suffering from a false sense of self-security, so Peter seemed a bit odd from my perspective.

However, something happened in my life, and I had to kneel down to events. By coincidence, we caught up one more time, and that’s when our deep relationship started. It was as if we were vibrating at the same frequency. We were both hurting and trying to heal from our personal traumas. As we began having meaningful conversations about life, I have to admit that Peter, despite being younger than me, taught me a lot about humanity. He spoke about vulnerability, which was something that I had trouble recognizing in myself and admitting to at the time.

Throughout my life, I had been taught to be ‘strong’ - a term that was often misused. In reality, I had been conditioned to be arrogant and ego-driven. My perspective on life was to prioritise myself above others. I believed that it was better to have lots of material possessions, such as a good car, a good job, or a beautiful partner, rather than to focus on being a compassionate, helpful, and humble person. However, through my conversations with Peter, I began to appreciate the value of being vulnerable, helpful to others, and compassionate. I am grateful for the lessons that he taught me. Peter has demonstrated remarkable human skills during our time together.

He was patient with me during my darkest moments, and I owe a great deal of my recovery to him. He was always available to listen to me without complaint, and for that, I am grateful. Peter constantly spoke about his desire to become a better human being, and he worked hard to improve his human skills through training. I will cherish his friendship for the rest of my life.

Sadly, Peter is moving to Brisbane, and I will miss him dearly. However, I am happy for him and the new chapter he is embarking on. After spending a long time finding himself, it is time for him to enjoy the pleasures of life. I know he will not forget the important values we discussed and will continue to practise them to make the world a better place. Best of luck, Peter.

We see in a structured way, according to what we have learned from life or from the scars in our hearts and social programming. We see things according to our educational background. The narrower the way of thinking, the more square and inflexible our way of seeing and perceiving things will be. The less we have been exposed to loving and receiving love, the more rigid and intolerant we will be.
