Introduction

The Holy Spirit lives inside each one of us, and this is how a light shines from within us for all to see. This is God’s gift to all of us. Before Jesus left this earth, He spoke the following words to his disciples in Matthew 28:20 (KJV): I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Jesus had walked by their sides for three years, and soon He would no longer be with them every day. As He told his disciples then, He is also letting us know that He will always be with us.

I think it is so important for all of us to understand that the Bible is a book that God left behind for us. The Bible is not just a history book. It provides guidance on how each one of us can live a peaceful, happy, and fulfilling life. By reading the Bible each day, you can learn about the love that God has for you. The Bible has been a constant presence in my life, but it wasn’t until I started reading it every day that I truly began to comprehend the power of God in my life.

In the very beginning of the Bible, God says, ‘Let there be light,’ and there was light (Genesis 1:3). The Word of God is a light to our path while we live on earth. The more we seek after his Word in the Bible, the more God opens our understanding. 2 Corinthians 4-6 states, For God, who said, ‘Let light shine out of darkness,’ made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ. God has a light in Heaven, and He shines this light down on all of us. You cannot see this light, but it is shining down. God wants us to spread the light of Jesus in the darkness of this broken world. As you know, we are in a troubled world with problems, suffering, and injustice. Many people are currently dealing with so many challenges and difficulties.
