However, silence has many names, emotions, and cultural reasons for its existence. In some cultures, silence is a form of respect; in others, it is a way of communicating something without saying it explicitly.

    Silence represents respect for the information received and the knowledge that it is time to prepare to be a part of you. It is a space where one can contemplate and reflect on the information received, allowing it to sink in and become a part of one's thoughts and actions.

    It is in silence that I wrote this book, and in silence, I share it. I dedicate it to the deepest part of you, where truth resides, protected by the purest form of love. It is the place where darkness will never go, your soul. This book aims to inspire you to embrace silence as a valuable tool for personal growth and self-discovery. May it help you find the answers you seek and the peace you deserve.

    From my earliest memories , people have sought my opinion on various topics. My mother was the first to ask me questions, and as I grew older, more and more people approached me for my thoughts on everything from politics to fashion.

    At first, I didn't think much of it. I enjoyed sharing my ideas and engaging in thoughtful discussions. I didn't realize this was not a typical experience until I noticed that others were not asked for their opinions the same way I was.

    Then, I began to wonder why people were drawn to me. Was it my ability to communicate my thoughts clearly and concisely? Was it my willingness to listen and consider different viewpoints? Or was it simply my approachable demeanor that made people comfortable asking me anything?

    Whatever the reason, I embraced my role as a trusted advisor and continued to offer my insights whenever they were sought.

    I'm thrilled to share that I have authored an illuminating series of books titled What It Means. Each book in this series is a carefully crafted exploration of a unique topic designed to offer readers a more profound understanding of the world around us.

    In these books, I delve into various topics, including what it means to have a soul, the significance of understanding Feng Shui, and the essence of being alive. My goal is to help readers discover new perspectives on familiar topics and gain a deeper appreciation of the mysteries of life.

It's a shared experience, a part of the human condition that can happen to anyone, and it's okay to acknowledge and accept these feelings as a natural part of your journey.

However, there are certain things you can do to help yourself along the way. One of the most effective ways is to break the journey down into smaller, more manageable steps.
