    Shared In Her Office

When Julia stepped out of the elevator and entered the floor where her office was located in, everyone stopped talking. It was almost like someone muted her fifty employees as soon as they saw her come in.

She was used to being treated this way and it didn’t bother her at all.

She liked the things to be done a certain way and wasn’t afraid to be seen as the bitchy boss. She criticized them when she thought their work was subpar, and she made sure everyone worked as hard as her.

This was the way a man would do things, and no one would bat an eye. But when a woman decided to run things the way they should be run, she would be called names behind her back.

Male employees working under her hated her because she was more successful than all of them at such a young age, and the female employees wanted to think of her as the oddball. The one who chooses her career over love and fun.

Not that Julia cared. She was used to being the bitchy one throughout her life, and it made her feel stronger every day.

Besides, no one dared to call her
