Introduction
Ihope this book will offer you an understanding of the inner workings within ourselves, our emotions, our health, our minds and our grief.
Similarly, I’m convinced that there may be a place for a book of this genre on men, women, young girls, grief, pregnancy, and miscarriage.
It seems, more than ever, that our culture is becoming aggressive towards women, girls and children. At some point, this subject must be spoken with no hesitation. If one person is quiet, another person should shout!

Chapter 1
Love and Kindness
Nobody is prepared for things that cannot be prevented. Sometimes, unexpected things happen without knowing what is coming next.
Before planning a family, ask yourself if that is what you want. When planning a family, you need two people who are desperately in love. It is desirable to have a strong relationship and confidence that you are happy with your decision.
A good foundation is built around the love you share. Making each other happy is essential. It is important to feel that you are heard and that someone is listening to you. But, in some cases, love does not exist. Sometimes, in life, we take the more challenging way. How many couples or others are happy when they hear the news, ‘I am pregnant?’
Maybe rich people? People in love? People who are desperate to be parents? But, some of us are not happy in a marriage or a relationship. We see raped women, or incredibly young women who become pregnant.
How many women find that after receiving a positive pregnancy test, they are genuinely happy about it? Not so many, I say to myself. It is scary. It’s emotional, it’s vibrant, and it isn’t very easy. The first question you may have in your mind is, How can I tell my husband/partner or my parents? What might they say, or what will they expect? So, we stay in fear. Will my baby make it, or will my baby be healthy? We start with so much stress and excitement. It is worth having all these experiences when you know you have support and you are loved and cared for. When someone despises you, dismisses you, disrespects you, denigrates you and dislikes you, it can create sad feelings.
How many women suffer with this subject? Now I am pregnant, what next? All women need to feel loved, cared for, and to be trusted.
Women are not toys to play with when you want to. Then, after you play with them, throw them in the toy in the box, and the next time you want to play with that toy, you go to the box, pick the toy up, and play again. NO! NO! Women are sensitive; they are precious, sophisticated, and beautiful. All women deserve to be loved and have a friend when needed.
How many women are forced to have sex and are abused by their partners?
So, now you are pregnant, what will you do? Will you be happy, or will you be angry?
A man may say, ‘This is your fault!’ or, ‘No, this cannot be mine! You tricked me into this.’ Perhaps he may say, ‘This is the best news I have heard, ‘ or, ‘You make me feel so happy.’
I can see that there are two types of people: happy people and angry people.
Happy people may say things like:
‘We are in this together, no matter what. I’m with you to the end’.
‘I will support
