    About the Author


    Thomas Ehle has been active in sports and physical training for over 25 years. He ran 100 m sprint and 100 m relay as a teenager, pumped iron in his late teens, was a paratrooper in the German military, and has been practicing various types of strength and conditioning training.

    Thomas is a CSNA - a Certified Sports Nutrition Advisor, and held American Council on Fitness Personal Trainer certifications as well as CrossFit Level 1 and IKFF Kettlebell Instructor certifications in the past.

    His mission is to inspire, educate and motivate people of all ages, genders, races and cultural backgrounds to reach the highest level of health, fitness and well-being in body and mind.

    He aims to do so by being a strong example himself and providing information products on natural fat loss, natural fitness science, training and dietary strategies.

    The diet strategies outlined in this book are, to my knowledge, among the safest, and most effective techniques to lose body fat, get lean and stay looking young naturally. They are down-to-the-point, straight-forward and include only moderate amounts of scientific explanation or technical jargon.

    There are lots of other books out there from great experts, who get into the scientific details of why. Easy Body Upgrade – Natural Fat Loss Diet & Action Plan for looking and feeling young is primarily focusing on the how.

    I can assure you that they work. And they work surprisingly fast! If you implement the diet strategies faithfully and regularly, you will see amazing changes in your level of health and fitness as well as your physical appearance.

    Easing into implementing changes gradually is the best approach. Easy Body upgrade is designed just for that.

    Over the course of 9 levels, you will implement the diet strategies outlined. Please note that it is totally fine to take longer and stick with the same level for several weeks. Rushing things can be counter-productive sometimes.
