Chapter One
The Big Reveal
Luke and his family had moved into a large old mansion, after winning the lottery. Luke had found lots of antiques and collectibles that had been left by the previous owners. Luke had been busy collecting everything, photos of the items, and information about them. Luke had lots of magical adventures with the items when he touched the diaries and had been sent back in time. The auction had been a few weeks ago. Luke had made a scrapbook with all the information about items that were sold and all the adventures he had had with them. Luke had ideas about why he could time travel. The other idea he was thinking about was who had lived in this mansion in the past. Luke decided to tell Susan his sister about how he's been experiencing traveling through time. He thought that Susan would be able to time travel with him, so they could do it together. Luke thought this could be risky, But Luke decided to tell her anyway., So Luke went down to Susan's room, quietly with his scrapbook in one hand hoping that she would believe him. Susan was a gentle soul that loved gardening, drawing, and horse riding but she could get annoyed easily. While he was knocking on the door he thought to himself, is this a good idea? Susan might think I am making it all up. Susan shouted Come in
Luke, opened the door. Hi, Susan
Hi Luke
, Susan, can I have 10 minutes of your time?
Oh yeah, of course, anything for you
. Luke closed the door and sat down on Susan's bed. What's that in your hand, Luke?
, Oh, this Susan, would you like to have a look at it?
Have you brought it to show me?
yes I have it is only my scrapbook of all the items, we found a few weeks ago in the Treasure room.
Would you have a look at it for me? and give me some idea what you think.
Luke give me about an hour there is a lot of information to take in ,
Thanks, Susan I will see you soon, I'll go for a walk around the grounds, give me a text when you have read it all and I will come back and we can have a talk about it,
OK Luke, that's fine," said Susan. Luke went downstairs into the kitchen to get a hot chocolate and put some bread into the toaster. Then he got his lunch box and bottle out of the cupboard and made some lunch and a drink for his walk. After he had done all of this he went back upstairs to his room for his Camera and his phone then went to the boot room for his backpack, coat, and shoes. He thought to himself, Susan is going to be more than an hour looking at the scrapbook. So he packed everything into his bag. He grabbed the toast, then off he went out of the back door, and sent a text to his Mum. Telling her he was going for a walk. He ate his toast,
