Chapter 1
If it feels bad
If there is a situation or outcome that feel bad- make you uncomfortable- or make you cry just know that it did not come form a good place because anything that come form good will only make you happy so in other words anything or person that make you feel broken in any way and they might be a person that you can’t avoid like family or close friends then just be busy or carry a good book or listen to music when you go around them. There are many ways of getting a messages across by not saying a thing. Oh, yeah, I am still working on this myself. But always get back up again. Especially if you look at the person or the people doing this to you , Show them that they can’t get rid of you easily at all.
