This Life Guide Of Social Entrepreneurs (My Mistakes), Is For Entrepreneurs Who Want To Achieve Their Goals In Social Startups Experiencing The Same Challenges.
The Guide Is The Path Encouraging Startups And Entrepreneurs Who Will Read This Book To Launch Their Source Of Income Not Taking Loans.
This Is The True Story Of The Author.
I Welcome You To Read This Story!
Why I Wrote This Book
What Are The Reasons Which Made Me Write This Book?
First Is Responsibility. I Trust That Each Of Us Has A Responsibility To Share Things That Produce Positive Change In Our Own Lives.
I Read Many Books And Articles About Entrepreneurship And Books Written On Success. Why Do I Really Want To Also Write About Entrepreneurship?
The Answer Is Because Every Book Or Article I Read Lighted Different Perspectives On How To Achieve Success And Sometimes Someone Can Explain A Principle In A Way That Goes On In Our Minds.
There Are Key Points, However, That I Have Never Read Or Heard Anywhere. I Learned Them Through My Own Experiences Of Failure Which I Hope Will Resonate With Many People.
Of Course, I Have Been Studying Success For Years. I Heard Or Read A Book About Mistakes But I Will Share With You How To Overcome Them And Change Them Into Opportunities For Positive Change.
The Second Reason I Wrote This Book Is My Purpose. I Believe We All Have A Dream That We Are Destined To Live; This Book Is Part Of Mine.
I Experienced A Strong Sense Of Purpose Every Time I Shared About My Social Entrepreneurship Mistakes And Failure.
Now It Is Through This Book I Am Talking To You About How Your Mistakes Are Positive Change Principles Once You Accept Them To Be Your Life Opportunities.
What Happened?
IWrote This Book After I Had Experienced Entrepreneurship Skills And Failed But I Didn’t Give Up. I Was The Person Looking To Be Smart Every Time, To Be Expensive In All My Lifestyle.
Why Do You Want To Be More Expensive Than Your Plan And Your Possibility?
I Am A Person Who Could Not Accept Being Controlled, I Mean Working For Somebody Else Especially To Be Engaged Or Employed.
I Worked With Different Companies At The Position I Wanted But I Could Not Respect My Bosses.
People Used My Name To Succeed, People Used My Ideas And Got What They Wanted, I Signed Funds And Funding But They Couldn’t Count For My Rights Because I Was Always Arrogant And Very Proud, This Means That Your Behavior Can Positively Change Your Life Or Up-down You.
I Started My First Organization In 2014 After I Had Completed My Graduate Diploma In Health Care Management And Administration As A Public Health By Profession But It Stopped In 2015 When I Left My Home Country And It Was Called youth Action For The Development
Instead Of Walking With That Dream I Quickly Forgot That Youth Are Everywhere.
After I Have Turned Into Different Groups, Organizations, And Companies, In 2017 I Initially Started An Idea Of Social Entrepreneurship To Help Refugees In Uganda.
In 2018 We Started To Be Really Concrete When I Inspired Two Other People Who Also Formed Their Organizations Looking At How We Can Promote Each Other.
We Started A Platform Called Changia (In English Share) With Three Member Organizations.
1. Young Africans Refugees Entrepreneurs Network. (Yaren)
2. Apik For Children
3. Wane The Greatest Filmz.
After We Had Impacted Young People In Talent Development In Art. I Decided To Inspire My Colleagues On The Platform To Let Them Register All Under The Yaren And We Did It.
When We Started To Contribute To Launching Our Company/organization Through A Product Most Of Our Colleagues Failed To Continue With The Organization.
Instead Of Giving Strategies On How We Should Sustain The Organization, We Agreed To Get A Loan To Move Forward But Some Of Them Feared Signing For Loans And Others Were Not Aware Of How We Could Get The Loan.
We Tried To Identify Where To Get The Loan. We Found The Possible Way Is To Go Through Individuals And Local Groups Of Savings Because The Professional Companies Have High Conditions We Couldn't Afford.
After I Saw This, I Said It Is Better To Train My Team In A Course Of Behavior Change And Communication Skills Because I Found That People Are Affected By Social Behaviors.
I Decided To Protect The Organization Instead Of Protecting People Who Are Not Committed. All The Loans We Had Taken I Was Always Signing On My Behalf To Cover And Prevent Which Would Shame The Organization Because As A Team We Remain A Team To Be Trained For The Entrepreneurship Spirit.
All Suggested Businesses Failed Then, We Reached On 5,500,000ugx Of Loan While The Organization Couldn't Raise Any Funds, Later I Found That, The Company Was Unable To Pay Loans And Other Members Start Running Away So, Instead Of Sustaining My Personal Life, I Had To Cover Credit/loans Of The Organization, My Family Life Was Affected Than The Organization Because It Is What I Decide.
Out Of All Of That, I Decided To Invest In Bitcoin At Morgan Steven Ltd From The Usa. My $4,888 Was Taken Away And I Left Empty Accumulated Debts On My Personal Side. I Have Reached 7,000,000 Ugx Of Credit.
I Failed To Go Even To Pray At Any Church Because I Was Feeling Out Of The Moon Wherever I Stood To Do Anything.
I Was Always Thinking About My Family Because I Failed To Make Even A Small Business For Generating An Income Also, The Time I Went To Take A Loan At A Private I Got Lost My Job While The Loan Was For Starting A Generative Activity At The Same Place Of My Work To See If I Could Survive With My Family And At The Same Period My Wife Got Sick. It Is Not Good To Start A Business With A Loan You Need To Own Your First Capital
.
Brief History Of Yaren
"i n A Dream, I Saw An Organization Called Yaren That Helps People In Difficult Situations, Such As War Survivors, Sick Individuals, Rejected People, And Those In Conflict. The Organization Brings These People Together, Provides Them With Skills, And Empowers Them. In The Dream, I Witnessed The Transformation Of These Individuals: They Were Happy, Smarter, And Their Lives Changed For The Better. I Woke Up And Wrote About This In My Book Tonight. This Dream Became A Reality In June 2017..."

I. Story Empowers
Before I Could Do My Wedding Or I Married My Wife, I Was Feeling To Be One Of The Best Sons Of My Father-in-law But When It Reached The Time To Ask For Taking My Wife Now After Three Years Of Friendship, My Father-in-law Couldn't Be Clear On This Point Willing Me To Follow His Own Program.
Seeing This Entire Scenario, I Was Obliged To Wear Another Status, Which Is Decision-making. On A Certain Day I Met Him On The Way And I Told Him: Father I Thought As We Discussed Many Times And Times For You To Allow Me To Take My Wife, Still Pending For A Half Year Again!
Today I Would Like To Announce To You That On 5th June 2018, I Want To Start My New Life; I Will Take My Wife Through Anyway Only That We Start Living On Our Own.
I Was Trying To Prevent The Risks Of Pregnancies And Meet My Wife Before My Wedding According To Our Culture And My Faith As A Born-again.
My Family-in-law Imposed A Life That I Couldn't Overcome At The Time.
I Did What Was Required And Officially Launched My Wedding On 28th July 2018, After I Had Told My Parents, Instead Of 5th June 2018, They Appreciated My Decision But The Meeting Of Elders Decided To Change The Date Up To 28th July 2018.
My Family-in-law Was Not Happy For Me To Officiate My Wedding, They Started Challenging My Wife To Leave Me, They Even Made The Decision To Take Their Daughter To Another Town But My Wife Couldn't Accept All Those Stories Some Days Before The Wedding.
Sometimes In Life, We Have Taken Our Time Useless, The Time Of A Decision For Us It Is Just To Pray Repeatedly In Our Requests Either Consult Elders Or Traditional Doctors While We Had Prayed For It So Long But We Don’t Trust And Believe In Our Move That God Always Alights I Discovered That Self-confidence And Faith In God Is More Enough In Whatever We Can Do.
When Only She Informed Me, I Created My Own Strategy Which I Couldn't Avoid For Any Person, Only As President Of The Marriage Organizer Committee And My Good-father.
I Told Them That I Know I Am At A Wedding Where My Biological Family No One Is In
