    INTRODUCTION

There are many divergences between the various forms of meditation and within Kabbalah there are also many currents. This work does not want to impose any branch of Kabbalah or meditation by force, it only proposes to give the reader an idea of the whole and it is the reader himself through meditation who will discover the truth.

    CHAPTER I

    LEARN TO BREATHE

The first way to meditate is to master your breathing. I used it as the title of the chapter Learn to breathe, this seems like nonsense, because everyone knows how to breathe, this is something automatic and we don't live without it, but it's not about that, it's about controlling your breathing and feeling the air coming in and out your body. It is using breathing to enter a state of spiritual trance and thus come into contact with the divine.

    ––––––––

When you breathe in meditation it is very different from ordinary breathing, as the sub-particles of the air ingested in meditation enter your body and shape your DNA, removing our ego, our material self and inserting the transcendental self into our physical body, the self beyond matter.

It is no longer about air but rather drops of light inspired within meditation.

    ––––––––

Kabbalah studies the four states of matter, water, fire, earth and air and each of these states can transcend matter when we are connected with the divine and can create the temple of the Eternal in our lives.

We know the ritual of water, baptism, also that of the earth, which is materiality, the earthly temple and sacred objects such as the Torah. We also know the rite of fire, both the Shabbat candle and any flame lit with a votive character. In meditation we work on the element of air, the fourth state of matter, and it is in air that the fifth element, ether, appears. Ether is a purer and more fluid state of matter that connects us to higher, etheric dimensions forming the world of
