    First and foremost I want to say thank you for buying this book of poetry. All the poems that have been put in this book are very near and dear to me. I wrote these poems not only to get my feelings out but to also show that no body in this world is alone and your feelings that you feel are valid. I have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
