ZAX RYDER SAUNTERED into the Rusty Reactor, a dingy spaceport bar on the outskirts of the Zorgon Nebula. The air was thick with the haze of cheap cigars and the babble of a dozen alien tongues. Zax, a roguish human with a quick wit and a magnetic smile, made his way to the bar, eyes scanning the room for opportunity.

Gimme a shot of your finest Zorellian whiskey, Zax said, flashing a grin at the bartender, a grizzled four-armed Zorgonian.

As the bartender poured the glowing blue liquid, a hooded figure sidled beside Zax. You look like a man who chases fortune, the stranger rasped.

Zax raised an eyebrow. Fortune favors the bold, my friend. And I'm as bold as they come.

The stranger chuckled and slid a tattered piece of parchment toward Zax. Then perhaps this will interest you. A map to the Celestial Graveyard.

Zax's heart skipped a beat. The Celestial Graveyard—a legendary starship cemetery rumored to hold untold riches and powerful artifacts from a bygone era. Many had sought it, but none had returned.
