About this ebook
Since a very young age we tend to use the side of the brain responsible for all the logic and reason. In other words, the survival mind is molded. However, more and more people are getting angry, stressed, even people without a job, or a great responsability are suffering. Why? Because we were told to shut down any emotion. Don't worry, the goal of this book is not to turn you into a crybaby, but instead, to help you, navigate throught the emotions, and take a turn to the best in your life

Integrate Your Shadow And Live Better - CLAUDIO ZANA DOS SANTOS
Dedication
This book wouldn’t be possible without the support of my mother Joseth, my brother Pablo. A special mention for my cat, Dara, that is making the family happier for the last 9 years.
I also dedicate this book for myself, for the previous versions of me keeping showing up even in the most challenging moments, even when darkness was the rule, not the exception.
I also would thank all my teachers, not all of them were academics though, some of them were people we label as enemies in this life. Thanks to them there was growth where otherwise I would be stuck.
And last but not least, I dedicate this book to the reader, because if you chose to pick this book, it means you are ready to make some positive changes in your life.
Intro
Most of us are taught to see the positive side of everything in life, and ignore completely the negative aspect of them, also called shadows or darkness. And if anybody point out that darkness, we tend to say that person is negative or brings negative vibes.
But do we really know the price of ignoring that darkness? Because, yes there is a price, as for many things in life, it is not there out of purpose. In this book I intend to explain why it happens, why it is more frequent in this Era than before and how we should deal with it in order to move to other water(not always calmer).
So, this book won’t bring any sorts of fairy tale stories, but real ones with both light and darkness using some examples of the author’s personal life, some personal details and ultimately, the work done over it.
Although very few people alive during this era, did it around the world, (at least, during the time of compilation of this book). It is something that everyone will have to deal one day or another, the sooner the better. Those are challenges that can make a person mad if not treated as intended, hence the importance of the recognition and action based in this knowledge.
Our goal here is not scare the reader, but rather, to raise awareness of this fact, more and more common in our day-by-day lives that cannot be ignored anymore without paying huge prices.
Now if you dare to get inspired, to make notes where it resonates with your own life, if you have the guts to become your own hero and take the necessary action steps, then come with me, and I will show you the path, but only you can open the doors!
Early Years
Iwill begin by telling the reader, bits and pieces of my own story, before actually jump into the job to be done, before we deal with the deep concept that we call the inner darkness. Light and darkness are energies, they cannot be destroyed, just change, you can turn one into another and vice-versa. Most of those energies that exist in our lives are on this Earth even before we were born.
In this chapter however, I will tell my childhood, and, some moments where light and shadow were dueling(they had to), also I bit of what happened in between, and with my example, the reader will have a better notion when I have to explain about inner darkness later on.
As far as I know, after talking with people, and observing children for several generations, I realized that I was pick as a lucky
one, my life since I was a child, was the stage for the extremes of both darkness and light, and for many, many more times than I could ever put into paper, before tires the reader completely, so I will summarize some of the most remarkable ones.
I was born in a city called Curitiba, south Brazil, during a rainy day of winter. In the same week an uncle of mine was hired for a long time job, after a long period of seeking work. I was the kind of kid that does not stop, is always doing something, whether it was playing, or messing around in the house.
I would go and play outside and inside the house, whatever I could do, with my toys or just running around. I usually would do something very loud, screaming, and sometimes of course, getting hurt in the process. That never stopped me, though. I broke my left arm when I was 2, but it didn’t prevented me from riding my tricycle properly, guiding well anywhere in the house I could go with it.
At the age of 5, I became one of the victims of a hepatitis A outbreak in the school system of Tijucas do Sul. But I was the one whose life was being more threatened than usual. While most of the children recovered in a week or less, it took me more than a month. My level was about 800, it nearly killed, and the doctor wanted to admit me to the hospital. My mother interfered and he allowed my parents to take me back home to keep the treatment. For the whole month I was in bed. My teacher would deliver my lessons to my mother, so I could do them at home, when I would feel a bit better.
At home, with the efforts of my parents, the help and collaboration of my little brother, I got better in a week, from the level of 800 to 80. The doctor congratulated my mother(years later he confessed he left she take me home because he thought I would die soon anyway).
After that, all I had to do was to keep resting, until my body got rid of the illness completely. One year later, completely healthy again, I was six years of age, for some reason I was jumping from one ledge of the couch to the other next to it, and I did it for a long time, maybe around third minutes. Then, there was this moment where my feet I slipped and hit my forehead in the wood ledge of the next couch.
I past through a small surgery, and after that I was fine, but that wasn’t just a normal wound. I never thought of it, until one as adult, it began to manifest as a fear of roll forward when I needed to perform that kind of action in Kung Fu.
As we know, our current model of society doesn’t have public means ready to treat this. All they can offer are either physical or psychological treatments, but deep fears are emotions, and they don’t know how to treat them properly. So we hide them, until they emerge and urge us to give vent and release them.
In 1995, I was 7 years young, my family moved to a city called Lapa.
The city was small, considered by tourists to be very charming, with several unique places full of the local history about the civil war, and stores prepared with souvenirs and their famous traditional dishes.
I had seen people with ill behavior before, but during my stage there, I saw an entire swarm of darkness, like in these horror
