To my mother Delores, and father Enos, for their hard work, patience and love in raising me to be the man I am today.
Do not limit your perception of self to your earthly body; seek to discover and connect with your Soul.

This handbook was written as a guide to the Soul and Reincarnation. I will use the question-and-answer method to answer some of the more frequently asked questions regarding whether or not we have lived before if there is life after life and what are spirits and Souls.
In this 2nd Edition, I will also include questions posed by readers of the 1st Edition along with my answers.
Where Did I Get This Information?
From as far back as I can remember I always thought that I had lived before. That notion stayed buried within me until more recently, when I decided to explore those feelings.
Through Past Life Regression (PLR) hypnosis, I got validation that I had indeed lived before. I then went on to do a Life Between Life
hypnosis session, which afforded me the opportunity to witness a Life review and meeting with my Council of Elders. I have since learned to meditate and through this process, much wisdom has been provided from my subconscious.
Since pursuing training as a PLR Hypnotherapist, I have received confirmation from my clients of their past lives while they were under hypnosis in a deep trance.
Preface
One of the earliest memories of my childhood, which I can still remember, was a conversation I had with myself about the meaning of life. I remember wondering why we should work so hard to acquire knowledge if it all goes to waste when we die; it seemed pretty pointless. Out of the blue, a thought popped into my head: what if your memory does not die with the body, what if it survives what we call death? Well, that set off a chain reaction in my brain and with every question came an answer, as if the answers were just waiting for me to ask.
The answers I received from my inner voice made a lot of sense to me but were contrary to everything I had heard or had been taught. Was I brave enough to share this with a few persons who would encourage me, or would they laugh at me saying I was crazy? My inner voice told me that death was not real; acquired knowledge does not die with the body; we live many lives, one after the other, until we achieve perfection. But to what end? When we have learned all our lessons, we re-join the Source from which we came.
I really did not understand most of what I knew to be true and there was no one around to ask for help. The reality to the people around me, including my parents, was that we are born and we die and end up in heaven or hell. I had no idea what it was that would be reborn or how it happened; I just knew that it did.
Fast forward to the birth of the Internet, where there is a wealth of information at one’s fingertips. I went in search of information about the afterlife; surely others must know something. What a disappointment when I came up empty-handed. Well, not completely empty-handed, but without the information I was seeking. Due to the demands of family life and work at that time, my quest was shelved.
In 2007, I met a wonderful woman and we got married. Ours was a full Catholic wedding. I was now retired, early retirement, with a lot of time to read, think and travel. I clearly remember driving down our narrow country road when I raised the topic of reincarnation. My wife, before becoming a Catholic, was a Hindu, so the concept was not foreign to her. I shared with her my early childhood thoughts that I had lived before. I told her of the thoughts I have had since childhood. She, in her usual reserved manner, did not encourage the conversation so I continued, and you do know there might
