    We want to be healthy, vibrant, and beautiful!!!

    When do we want it?

    NOW!!!

    Yes, it’s true. When we get motivated, we get motivated in powerful bursts and we want to see our results the same way.

    Masterpieces take time. You are a masterpiece in the making and yes, to be the kind of masterpiece you want, you will need a little patience. When you think in terms of small victories, however, there are some that you can win immediately. These small victories will be the stepping stones for your bigger accomplishments and they are victories you can be very proud of. Remember, success builds more success.

    In this manual, I don’t want to spend too much time telling you why it’s important to eat lots of fruits and veggies. I want to show you the tasty and easy way to do it.

    To reach this first goal, I recommend you drink one fruit smoothie per day and have a large green salad with your lunch and dinner meals. We will get deeper into how to make a great salad later on in this manual.

    When you have completed a full week of drinking one fruit smoothie daily and a big green salad with every lunch and dinner, give yourself a big pat on the back.

    This is your first victory but you are still hungry for more victories. Perhaps, you have never made a salad or a smoothie? No worries.
