The devil tries to accuse me,

He throws all he’s got at me.

    Blinded, he fails to see,

His defeat is already a certainty.

    The devil whispers lies,

    Thinking I’m an easy mark.

But his disguise is so thin,

For he’ll never reign in my heart.

The devil’s like a dog chasing its tail,

    His words devoid of sense.

    Growing weaker, he seems frail,

    His once formidable power dispensed.

The devil needs to humble himself,

A bully with a tale of naught.

    Evil holds no true wealth,

    His facade now crumbling, caught.

The devil will never be God,

    A mere counterfeit, a sham.

I cast away his falsehoods abroad,

His greatness but an empty dram.

I invoke the blood of Jesus over my life,

    No false accusation can prevail.

Secure in Christ, free from strife,

The Son of God, the Son of Man, I hail.

The world is in dire straits,

Its sins gnawing at its core.

    Self-deception leads to futile rates,

    This morning, lies galore.

    People shun the truth’s embrace,

    Denying themselves enlightenment.

    Blinded, they refuse to face

    Reality’s stern assessment.

Presenting evidence, they dub it lies,

    Labeling truth as conspiracy.

    Deceived, denial becomes their guise,

Their souls in a state of weariness.

Their hearts ensnared in deception’s web,

    Ignorant of truth’s clarion call.

    Believing in falsehoods, they ebb,

    Their convictions devoid of all.

    Offered help, they turn away,

    Embracing lies as their verity.

Their lives devoid of honor’s sway,

    Clutching to falsehoods with clarity.

Yet, Jesus Christ extends His hand,

    Inviting them into His grace.

Once lost, now part of the divine strand,

Their souls find solace in His embrace.

    She’s a smooth operator,

Fooling you once, shame on her.

    She promises, See you later,

    With cunning plans to defer.

    Unseen, she approaches,

    You fall into her snare.

    Escape, she encroaches,

    Don’t linger, beware.

She takes your hand in deceit,

    Stealing your heart away.

In her guise, you feel complete,

    A masterpiece in her sway.

    Under her spell, you’re ensnared,

    Her influence, a relentless force.

    Struggling, you’re impaired,

    Sweetness turns to
