    2. Develop Incremental Habits

    Positive, incremental habits are small, constructive routines you consistently incorporate into your daily life. Over time, these actions can become automatic, requiring less effort and thought process. They can alter your behaviour and, consequently, your identity. A central element here is perseverance, as any change is a long-term commitment and requires consistent effort.

    Now, how can you implement this strategy in your productivity regime? Start by identifying a few manageable tasks you can easily embed into your daily routine. The key here is to avoid overwhelming multi-step plans. Keep it simple. For instance, five or ten minutes of meditation a day, spending 20 minutes every morning planning your tasks or writing a summary of your day for 15 minutes before bedtime. The more straightforward the task, the easier it is to stick to it.

    As you keep making these tasks a part of your everyday life, they transform into habits; every small action adds up and significantly impacts you in the long run. It's a ripple effect — change a single thread in the fabric of your behaviour, and it can change your entire fabric of existence. By transforming your identity this way, you'll naturally gravitate towards activities that, from the outside world, seem productive. You won't be 'trying' to be fruitful; you'll just be productive.
