Declaration of the People’s Right and Intent to Abolish the United States Federal Government
()
About this ebook
We the People of the United States of America have the right to abolish and reform the United States Federal Government on the grounds of Breach of Agreement and Violation of the U.S. Constitution. We the people disacknowledge the legitimacy of the current sitting Federal Government due to past and ongoing Violations of the U.S. Constitution, Failure to Address Endemic Corruption, Defrauding of the American People by Taxation without Representation, Failure to Address Election Interference by a Foreign Country, Failure to Secure the Borders, and Questionable Loyalty to the United States of America.
In addition to failing to uphold the U.S. Constitution, this government has shown through their actions that they do not represent the American people they were elected to represent. Instead, this government represents the State of Israel, Corporate Billionaires, and Special Interest Groups who this government allows to openly bribe our elected officials. The sitting Federal Government has mismanaged our country's resources, acquired exorbitant debt, and has entered into treaties that threaten the sovereignty of our nation. We the People reject and disallow any treaty or agreement made by this government on behalf of the American people. This declaration is an official notice of intent, which lists the grievances of the American people, as well as the reforms needed to resolve the endemic culture of corruption this government has failed to address.
