    INTRODUCTION TO AIP

Welcome to the world of the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP)! If you're here, you're probably tired of feeling like your body is a mystery novel where the plot twist involves constant inflammation and discomfort. Well, buckle up, because AIP is like the detective who comes in to solve the case.
