An important number of people populate the Earth, it would seem like a substantial number, we are only eight billion, but the government actions of many nations have wanted to give us overcrowding by limiting the number of children in the family.

Two hundred and eight nations divide these people, and each of them finds the moment, in its corner, to be its own ethnicity, different languages, skin color, ideologies, political opinions, eating habitat.

FREGA FERDINANDO (1965) began his professional career as a salesman in Gillette Italy; a journey that lasted 20 years, starting from the lowest roles, as bag holder and assistant, to then move on to manager and be recognized first by the Company and then by the Market, in the role of Top Manager, it was the year 2003. In 2004 he became a Freelancer, as a Business Consultant, Recruiter, Social Communicator, in Romania, Bulgaria, Georgia, Spain, until 2017 and Councilor in the Reggio Calabria Chamber of Commerce. From 2018 to 2020 he actively collaborates with international humanitarian organizations present in various parts of the world to aid and support to needy and difficult populations, teaching social communication at embassies to refugees from some nations. From 2020 to 2021 he created the UNIVERSE FEMININE website, a sentimental, love and affective consultancy project, online only. The investment is considerable, but the Italian investors express their intention of not wanting to participate in the new corporate asset and the activity is considered definitively concluded, recording the first failure. September 2021 he becomes Author, Poet, Writer of Fiction-Non-Fiction, Autobiographical, Creator and Creative Executor, in conjunction with a Psychiatric illness, inherited from his mother, the effects of which lead him happily to cure himself, and to gain the settlement of the Pathology (living without effects) and achieving a better and normal life. He has three adult children, and because of his activity he is always looking for places in the world to live, which can give him the best inspiration, because writing always remains the only means to be able to tell and remember, bringing smiles. He has gained professional experience in the following sectors and managerial positions on: Consumer Goods, Temporary Agencies, Construction, Corporate Security, Fast-food Restaurants, Electronics, IT, Hard Discount, Real Estate, Truck Mechanics, Food Organizational Plans, Writing, Social Communication, Relationship Counseling, Teaching, Charity. There are still many things to do, and even if the time is not enough, he tells us the minutes, our heart and our soul always give us the desire to bring help and a word of comfort to people in need, and I am always offering unique moments, each story is truly unrepeatable.

THE WORLD

Having the opportunity to travel around it, improving your ability to understand and lower your levels of judgement, means being a truly active part of people's lives.

Sometimes actors do experiments that they define as social, but which have extraordinarily little of it, pretending to be poor for 1/2/3 days, and waiting to see the indifference of the people and some good soul who instead does their utmost to help and aid.

They come out so upset that they become good for 30 days, and then at once return to their normal life, because in man the first voice is selfishness, our status.

Poverty is only one aspect of the Earth, affecting because it affects more people, and solutions to the problem are never generic and easy, or as can be the case of affluence that does not deserve attention or wealth that is not accounted for.

But we also have physical wars, which always see entire populations (women and children primarily) paying the highest price in favor of the interests of a few politicians.

Even bacteriological, media, ideological wars, every occasion is a good one to want to make one's intentions prevail.

If I could send a message to the whole world, I would ask everyone to stop for just one minute before deciding, that minute, as Kipling said, made up of sixty seconds where you understand that you are master of the earth and everything that is in it, and what matters most we are just men.

SOCIAL

In the year 2023 we are all conditioned to participate in some social network, with various interests and objectives, the one with job adverts, the one relating only to videos, the one relating to communication, the one to sex, the one to criticism, the one... ………….

But a common behavior that has been noticed among many lately is that members have gotten into the habit of reporting what someone has already said (work on quotations) almost as if they don't want to think or there is a lack of ability of production and who feel satisfied and have a recognized role in the Company by offering this type of service.

When we were introduced to study, attending school, we all underwent indoctrination, through conditioning, in marrying concepts, remembering who the protagonist was, an exercise to which it was forbidden to lend our memory but to use logic and memory. This made us strong, confident, and determined; we were capable people.

A quote to remember a concept, or as a corollary to a speech, is fine, but please let us personalize the things we want to say, let us use our brains for noble purposes, because thinking is one of these.

With all this, exponential cultural and intellectual growth is created, and better generations, being able to say, one day, (for example) that the inhabitants of one city are superior to those of another and the facts would tacitly demonstrate it.

WHY THINK

The statement takes us back to the formation of the first Armies, where the ranks of command are reported, according to which the higher the rank, the greater the ability to command, think, make decisions and power.

But even within the family, based on individual characteristics, there is one of the two who thinks faster or more and makes decisions, which are not always the best.

Inside a shop, when wanting to make a purchase, sometimes we would like to think, but emotionality or impulsiveness make us act on impulse and often rationally we regret it.

But why think? If we do not do this we cannot speak and/or write, we cannot know the person's wishes, expectations, and anxiety.

Think for a moment about the deaf and dumb, who, when they decide they want to express their thoughts, at all costs, shout and speak………………fantastic.

The American singer-songwriter Ray Charles, blind since birth, one of the world's first music stars, when he is in a hotel in the evening, as is his habit, sits in the armchair and his partner tells him about the streetlights, in detail, and the next day he tells his wife that he walked through the traffic and enjoyed the view.

Thinking is absolutely the smartest and most important thing to do, though??

The brain, like any organ, cannot be subjected to stress or extreme conditions; therefore, always careful intelligent management if we see that we enter the tunnel of hyperactivity which must be controlled with an adequate therapeutic plan, contacting a good psychiatrist.

Thought, the lightest thing in the world, but which if used badly causes immense damage.

THE AGE

The advent of new communication and the entry of social media, which are increasingly intrusive and curious for information, do not allow us to tell lies or alternatively half-truths about our age.

Children are the first to prove what they would like to be, with boys inclined to increase their age and girls always a little conservative in not wanting to say it.

Providing age, for example, for many centuries has represented a limit to the female public, to the point of coining the rule: never ask a woman her age.

She manages to use make-up well and brilliantly hide her years, which in the first approach phase with a man is fundamental, but could also appear to be a limit, a constraint, even less so if you have dependent children.

The magic of clothing does the rest, if perfectly functional to the objective, in the result and seeing it well it appears to us like an unexpected Barbie, which subsequently manages to put the years in second place, only if it has been able to conquer us and take us, as only women can do.

You will often find an exercise on social media that occurs randomly only on women, they write an age and then confirm that it was an error and that the truthful one is significantly lower.
