When 39-year-old Yongku Suken, a powerful alpha wolf-shifter, took over as the Chief Alpha—or leader—of the Moonforce Wolf Pack and Laroreclya Village—his people's home—he quickly learned just how stressful it was to govern an entire shifter village, so he hurried to appoint four advisors to help him out.

With more free time on his hands, Yongku wondered how best to amuse himself.

Hunting, fishing, wrestling, and boxing were things that he had done all his life, but those activities didn't excite and entertain him as much anymore.

He longed to do something that he had never done before.
