The shrill sound of the phone ringing on the nightstand interrupted Carson's slumber. He rolled over and blindly reached for the phone, groaning when he saw the caller ID. What on earth did Will want this time? The last scoop he claimed he had, turned out to be no good.

What is so important that has you calling me this early? He said into the phone, rubbing his sleepy eyes awake.

Cool down, man. It’s ten in the morning. Don't be a lazy ass, Will's baritone voice jokingly replied on the other end.

That was the problem with Will, he was always cheerful.

"What do you want? The last scoop you gave me nearly cost me my job. It almost cost Lightening Bolt a lawsuit, man. That wasn't cool."

Shit, I’m sorry—I thought it was legit but now I know better.

Yeah, right.

"Lighten up, man. I got something better for you. I promise it will be worth your while. Consider it payback for the trouble I caused."

Carson sighed, Out with it. He might as well get it over with.

"Do you remember Sensation?"

Sen…what?

"What ya going to do now…." Will sang an old tune, humming the rest of the song.

"What? That girl group from like—forever? What about them? They just sizzled out after one of them—like died. It’s been years since anyone heard from them."

"Exactly. No one has heard from them but I know where you can find one."
