I was born to Howard and Linda Wetzel in Willcox, Arizona on October 17, 1963. My Aunt Larue Lane Wetzel gave me the inspiration to pursue my dreams. I attended college in New Mexico, studying nursing for three years, and promptly changed my mind and took a course to become a certified Nursing Assistant and fell in love with that job. I worked on the Oncology floor for over ten years. My life is full of adventures and the pleasure of realizing, that whatever I put my mind to, I can accomplish.

Hi, everyone! I’m Amy and I turned seven-years-old yesterday! Can you see my long, wavy, red hair? Some of my friends call me little carrot-top! Mommy calls me a firecracker!

Do you have something that is special to you or different from your friends? I have a little dimple on my cheek and Mommy says "You are the apple of everyone’s eye."

My bedroom is so pretty with purple & pink colors everywhere. And I have dinosaur designs scattered around my room, from the pillows on my bed, dinosaurs on the wall, my very own dinosaur toy box, and a couple of stickers here and there on my white desk & nook.

Mommy says I am adorable and sweet. I think so too, but she also says I can be a bit sassy with a flair of pizzazz. I have a special style, uniquely my own. I have a super awesome wardrobe that I put together all on my own. Every day I dress myself, without any help. Even on a school day. I am a big girl.

My favorite outfit is the bomb! It has a lot of glitter on the collar and long sleeves. In the middle on the front is a Jon Deeree tractor. This is my special shirt because Daddy has a Jon Deeree shirt too. Daddy’s shirt is super awesome, but not as awesome as my shirt. His doesn't have any glitter or sparkles on it, so mine is the pretty
