Daniel details the elements that make a strong runner. He explains how an injury began his journey with visualization and the role of visualization in success and failure. Daniel reflects on his 1500 meter race at the USA Outdoor Championships in June 2014 and how visualization helped him in his race. He discusses the role of sacrifice in elite distance running and previews his goals for this upcoming year.
