Description

If you follow me on social media or if you’re a regular on the blog, you might have the very mistaken impression that I’m “up” and positive 100% of the time. But it’s actually impossible to be up and positive all the time and I don’t think you need to be either. My philosophy on manifesting is that you just have to be positive a little more than you’re negative. You’ll go through different plateaus as well, for example, when you don’t have a massive goal that you want to achieve, then it’s okay to coast a little bit. But if you’re looking to do something BIG this year, or you’ve got a massive goal to achieve this month then yes, your mindset and motivation might need a massive kick up the butt. It’s okay to be human It’s okay to feel down sometimes. You don’t have to be perfect all the time. That’s a message for the perfectionists out there, and also for anyone who has the mistaken belief that I’m 100% positive all the time. I’m really not. I have my down times like anyone else. That’s always my disclaimer: whatever you’re experiencing is completely normal. Don’t worry about it, or think that just because you’re having a bad day (or year) then you’re not going to be successful. Let’s talk about what to do if you are experiencing a bit of a dip and you know you need a kick up the pants.
