Description

In this episode I discuss the 4 personality types that you will encounter when dealing with prospects and the people on your team.  It is critical that you understand the differences between each so you can more effectively lead and motivate your people.  If you can identify what personality type a prospect is while you are presenting to them, it will also help you in being able to recruit more people into your business.  The 4 personality types we discuss in the training are:  sharks, whales, dolphins and urchins.  I go over in detail what each are, and the specific traits that each possess.  Most people have aspects of many of these, but one that is predominant.  I also give you some tips on how to communicate with each personality type to help you be able to influence them and become a better leader.
