Description
Jerry O'Sullivan is an Irish entrepreneur and the founder of The Dingle Brewing Company which brews Crean's Lager. The beer was named for the famed Arctic explorer Tom Crean of the famed Shackleton expedition. When the economy shifted in 2007, O'Sullivan founded the brewery. After working hard on several combinations, the recipe for Crean's lager was finished just in time for Tom Crean's birthday celebration. O'Sullivan uses valuable lessons that he learned from his father to build one of the fastest growing beer companies in Ireland.
