Just Heidi on the show today, and I'm going through a review of 2017. This was a big year of change and growth for me and the business, so I figured what better time to share it with you than on the last episode of the year (which happens to be Christmas day - Merry Christmas!). I'll highlight some of the big events, some small but meaningful changes I've had, and some failures too. Because hey, we all have them. I also wanted to give you a sneak preview of what we're planning for 2018. Nothing's concrete (which is weird since I'm a big over planner!) but there are a few things you can expect to see in the first few months of the year.
