This week on the Brute Strength Podcast I’m speaking with a pioneer in the Strength & Conditioning world, Eric Cressey. Eric is a highly sought-after coach for healthy and injured athletes alike. He’s made a name for himself as the go-to strength coach when it comes to physical preparation for Baseball athletes in the US. In this episode we’ll be getting into Eric’s early coaching career as a Grad Assistant at UCONN, as well as his early struggle with an eating disorder and exercise addiction. We’ll also be diving into some of the specifics including olympic lifting and overhead training for Baseball athletes and some of his techniques for developing explosive strength with his athletes.
