Susan Brookhart is professor emerita in the School of Education at Duquesne University and an independent educational consultant and author. She is author or coauthor of 18 books and more than 70 articles. Tom Guskey is professor of Educational Psychology in the College of Education at the University of Kentucky. He is included in the National Staff Development Council’s Leaders in Staff Development. Abbie Eklund, Principal of Lincoln Elementary School, 2016 ASCD Emerging Leader.
