In this episode, I've answered a wonderful question from one of my listeners about how to be more mindful during goal setting sessions.  I've shared a few of my own goal setting experiences, including when I set a couple of goals which didn't align with me and how I felt when I didn't achieve a goal I thought I wanted.  Being mindful when setting goals is about listening to what you actually want and how goals make you feel. Ask yourself if the goal really aligns with you, or if it makes you feel nervous or stressed. You can then make informed decisions about whether or not the goal is right for you!
