Tremendously. I am a super emotional person. I think by nature, I am an emotional person.
But being mindful, I cultivate peace every single morning.
Thoughts on Breathing
It isn't consciously, although I'm a golfer. And whenever i find myself in some trouble which is in the golf course seems so often
I do practice breathing then and so that helps me to be mindful. I should do it more often
