In this episode I'm chatting with Jessica Christin, a Denver-based Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Women's Health Coach.  After years of struggling with her body image and dieting Jess decided she no longer wanted to live a life that was consumed by food and exercise.  She did the work to heal from the inside out and finally found a balance that has allowed her to create a life & body she loves. Jess now supports other women in finding this freedom using her 90 day Liberated Woman coaching program where she walks  through the 6 pillars she has found to be essential for finding true self-respect and food freedom.  This program is designed to help women who are ready to trade in their food, fitness and body stress so they can feel confident & sexy in a body they love.
