Description
Gabriel Mountjoy is a graduate of the Cal Poly Mechanical Engineering Department in San Luis Obispo, CA. He and his wife, Ann, founded Common Fibers in 2013 after the invention of a carbon fiber hinge. For the past six years they have developed composite products for the automotive, aerospace, medical, construction, and consumer goods industries. Recent projects include a full carbon fiber body for a 1969 Charger, multiple components of a soon to launch supercar (aiming to break the world record), and multiple parts for the original Tesla Roadster.
