"We've been convinced that in order to make something beautiful, in order to do something great, it has to be hard. And we have to work at it. 'You gotta work hard, you gotta grind it out. You gotta hustle.' That doesn't actually lead to success. And maybe the door to the mystical, it's so close and it's so easy that we miss it continuously."
