It's always a treat when you get to talk to someone who's seen the game from multiple angles. 

And boy, does Dave Poulin ever qualify. 

A former captain of the Philadelphia Flyers (even though he was told he was much too small for the Broad Street Bullies of that era), Poulin has played, coached, managed, and now analyzed basically ever hockey league on Earth.
