Rayan Kassem is the West Asia Regional Director for Youth4Nature, an international, youth-led biodiversity and climate non-profit organization. He is also a youth leader with Act4Food Act4Change, a campaign calling for businesses and policymakers to help build a more sustainable food system for future generations. As part of a series highlighting some of the youth leaders of the campaign, Dani speaks with Kassem about the initiative, how food systems change is necessary to reduce the human impact on climate change, and the important role youth play in the food movement.
