Dr. Kay discusses how probiotics can help deal with a variety of skin conditions such as acne, rashes, eczema, rosacea, or psoriasis. By incorporating more probiotic strains in our diets and in our skincare, we help make lasting effects on our skin. Probiotics reduce visible signs of aging, improve the level of hydration in the skin, and prevent breakouts by reducing skin sensitivity. Yogurt, kimchi, sauerkraut, and kombucha are great to have on a daily basis, while also taking probiotic pills.
