Thanks to Jess and Emma for taking the time to record this! About Jess: My life is grounded in nourishment, utilizing locally abundant plants and facilitating the accessible sharing of skills and knowledge. I work with people to cultivate wellness through nourishing and dynamic herbal education according to their individual needs. I love to teach people about plants: how to identify them, how to harvest them, and how to make home made remedies. Valuing nature connection through spending time immersed outdoors harvesting plants as food and medicine is an essential part of my work. I write herbal zines, co-run an herbal CSA and teach classes in and around Viroqua, WI.
