The nutritionist in question is Dr Mikki Williden, a registered nutritionist, podcaster with the spectacularly successful Ironman focused Fitter Radio, and amazing runner, and proponent of whole foods.Mikki studied for a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Phys Ed from Otago, got an MSc in Human nutrition with first class honours, then obtained her PhD with her thesis as health and productivity in the New Zealand workforce. She privately consults clients, and has appeared in documentaries including with Nigel Latta and Simon Gault. And somehow she’s finding time to train for the Taupo Ultra.
