It’s the morning after the Rangers big Game 7 win against the Penguins and Dave is sick physically and mentally. Eddie feels euphoric after the win but is still complaining about whinny Penguins fans and beat writers. Dave will now have to face his Cap of Consequences punishment “Holy Goalie”, Eddie will get to fire slapshots at him while Dave is dressed as a religious figure. Eddie gives his thoughts on the Rangers next series against the Carolina Hurricanes.Next, the guys recap the NBA Conference Semifinals as Martin felt Giannis looked out of gas and had no support in Game 7 against the Celtics. Plus, it was a disappointing game between the Suns and Mavericks as Chris Paul and Devin Booker were basically no-shows as Luka Doncic and the Mavericks advance. Then the Extra Points crew previews the Conference Finals as Martin believes the Warriors don’t have anyone that can guard Luka and wants to see more consistency out of Klay Thompson as he and Sal both like the Mavericks. Then, Sal likes the Celtics but can’t bring himself to root for the Boston fanbase.After a weekend filled with Game Sevens, the guys jump on the Make-Believe Riverboat Casino to discuss what are the greatest two words in all of sports. Martin makes the case for rivalry week and Dave is confused if postseason is one word or two. Finally, the guys recap Eddie Spaghetti’s 30th Birthday party and finding out he cried three times during Pearl Jam.
