Description

Yesterday, the president and his attorney general made clear that the judicial branch of government laughs last when it comes to making policy. It’s not just the census. I explain why Trump has consigned his presidency to failure with yesterday’s announcement. Rather than getting more aggressive with the courts, he took a giant step backwards, even at a time when many expected him to finally assert executive powers.

We are living in a new era of Jim Crow. But the policies are not laws. They violate the laws and they are against the American people. We have congressional hearings for illegal aliens, while Republicans refuse to remain focused and push back on behalf of the American citizen.

Finally, are there signs of a budding movement of local officials standing up against lawlessness higher up the political chain?
