Jesse gets asked about his morning routine often. Today, he’s sharing 7 basics that he does every day.  First thing upon waking up, Jesse drinks 30-40 ounces of hydrogen water.  That’s before coffee or anything. Once he’s hydrated and ready to go, Jesse takes a walk.  He stacks other habits on his walk, such as taking time to pray and listen to worship music. He likes to have a goal review each day and asks himself if what he’s doing is getting him closer to his goals.  He also does something called a daily reframe. Furthermore, he thinks it’s important to learn, listen, and read something each day.  We should always be learning and investing into our lives.
