Description

WWE somewhat bungled its build for SummerSlam this week, presenting storylines that lack excitement and a cohesive direction. Host Adam Silverstein and co-host Chris Vannini evaluate WWE's booking across its shows with "The Silver King" believing SmackDown was one of the worst episodes of television presented in quite a while [2:45]. The guys open with The Main Event where they cover Vince McMahon facing even more sexual misconduct allegations [15:40] and an undisputed WWE universal championship picture with Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar, Theory and Drew McIntyre that appears to be going nowhere [38:00]. "SK" and Vintage" then judge The Good, The Bad and The Ugly from this week [59:40], including early booking of Liv Morgan, Becky Lynch becoming Bianca Belair's top contender, Dolph Ziggler's surprising return on Raw, Edge's vignettes, plans for Finn Balor and Judgment Day, Ciampa finally explaining himself, Lacey Evans' heel turn, Alexa Bliss' future and much more.
